Our facilities include several indoor locations including a formal corporate suite ideal for hosting trade shows, training classes, meeting, small group sessions, and more.

Assembly Hall, Banquet Hall, Corporate Meeting Room and Stage Rental

If you are looking for a facility to accommodate your next corporate event, Camp Pioneer can assist you. We have multiple buildings (several new and/or recently remodeled) and set ups that may be of use to you. Our main building area has a fully equipped kitchen and dining hall. We also have an assembly hall with a stage in the main building. We can configure this area in several different ways to best accommodate your plans. We also have a second building that has a fully equipped kitchen with a corporate room perfect for training classes, meetings, and small group sessions. Both areas have conveniently located restroom facilities and wireless internet throughout. If you plan to host a larger outdoor event, consider our 3,000 square foot Dakan Arena.

Main Building – Includes Grand Banquet & Dining Hall with Kitchen (seats 400) and Assembly Hall with Stage, Lighting, Screens, & Interior and Exterior Sound System; Features a fireplace and beautifully renovated with modern rustic wooden wall theme. – $400/day (Add Audio-Visual System for $50/day)

Main Building Kitchen

Auxiliary Building (Ag Building) – Corporate Meeting Room (accommodates 120) with available fully equipped kitchen and concession window. – $150/day (Add Kitchen/Concession for total of $250/day)

Dakan Arena – Large barn with pavilion-style architecture with presentation/dance floor and stage (accommodates 400+) – $500/day Fri., Sat., & Sun. and $75/day Mon., Tues., Wed., & Thurs. (Add Audio-Visual System for $50/day)

Several simple on-site lodging options are available, as well, including our campground (primitive tent camping and full electrical/water/sewerage hookups for trailers and RVs) and dormitory-style lodging. Full kitchens, shower facilities, banquet and dining halls, stages, sound & lighting systems (including iPhone connectivity for mics), and much more are also available at Camp Pioneer. We can accommodate just about any requirement you may have.
