RV camping is available for event attendees or travelers. The campground is located on the agricultural campus adjacent to the Dakan Arena and Agricultural Complex building. A total of 56 campsites are available. 30 Amp & 50 Amp electrical service, water hookup and sewage hookups available. Free WiFi. For some special events, campsite must be booked through the event manager. Campsite rentals are non-refundable.
Three pavilions are available for day use of small groups and reunions. Pavilions book up quickly for seasonal rentals. Pavilion rentals are non-refundable. Availability may be limited during ongoing camps or larger events.
Laurel Pavilion
Our most popular pavilion is located in close proximity to the ponds, fishing, and the playground with plenty of room for younger guests to run and play. Laurel Pavilion consistently books early, as it is ideal for a wide range of family-style events. If you would like to reserve Laurel Pavilion for your wedding, consider making your reservation as early as possible. Max capacity approximately 40 people.
Parking is located nearby. Restroom facilities are available at the Agricultural Complex (approximately 300 yards).
Peg Polly
Our Peg Polly Pavilion is the newest addition to our outdoor venue options. Constructed in the summer of 2018, the pavilion offers seating for over guests. Max capacity approximately 40 people.
The Peg Polly Pavilion is located in the heart of the main campus. For this reason, this pavilion is not available for rental during resident camps. Parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the pavilion. Restrooms are available nearby.
Shaver Pavilion
This outdoor venue in a beautiful country setting offers amazing mountain views overlooking farmland for a wonderful pastoral feel. This rustic pavilion is located near the council circle in the upper campus. For this reason, some dates may be unavailable due to concurrent resident events. Accessibility to this pavilion may be more challenging due to the location on the grassy hill. Restrooms are located approximately 50 yards up the hill. Max capacity approximately 40 people.
