Camp Office / Brick House – Remodeling and upgrade of electrical, plumbing and HVAC infrastructure. House is to be converted to a office and conference room space with a small instructional kitchen, ADA compliant bathroom and additional housing for camp staff on the second floor.
Cheat Dorm (Formerly known as Boy’s dorm) Expansion – Upgrade and expansion of at least 50 beds, fire containment system, and ADA access to the building.
Public Restroom – To serve the Ed Heineman park, Laurel pavilion and walking trail.
Vesper Knoll – Reconfiguration for ADA accessibility, removal of existing trees, new landscape, rebuild the stage/altar.
Tygart Dorm (Formerly known as Girl’s Dorm) – New Roof
Construction of maintenance shed
