4-H Camp Pioneer would not be able to operate without the generous support of private donations, grants and other outside funding. Day-to-day operations are funded by event income and support from the Randolph County Commission. Private donations are used exclusively for capital improvements. The facility is so fortunate to have private donations and other funding that have provided $1.5 million of capital improvements in the past 10 years.
