4-H Camp Pioneer is the perfect location for rustic, mountain and outdoor themed anniversaries, celebrations, reunions, parties or casual gatherings. Indoor and outdoor venues can be reserved to combine ambience and comfort during all seasons and weather conditions. All buildings are climate controlled and have ADA accessibility. Outdoor Venues

Pavilions Three pavilions are available for seasonal gatherings. For availability please click HERE.

Agricultural Barn
This venue is perfect for rustic covered outdoor events. An audio system is available. Please note that furnishings (tables, chairs and décor) must be rented from an outside vendor. A list of outside party & event suppliers can be provided. Max capacity approximately 200 people.

Indoor Venues

Ag Building
Located on the Agricultural campus near the Dakan Arena and campsites, this venue features a fully equipped commercial kitchen, concession window, seating for 100 people, WiFi and large bathrooms.

Hammer Assembly Hall / Torner Dining Hall & Main Kitchen
Located at the heart of the main campus, this venue features a large fully equipped commercial kitchen, buffet service window, two dining areas suitable for 200 person capacity each (total capacity 400), up to date audio/visual system, and Wi-Fi. A minimum rental fee will apply for Friday, Saturday and Sunday rentals.

Catering

Meal service may be provided by the renter, by our in-house catering service (minimum 50 people) or outsourced to outside caterers. A list of outside caterers will be provided. For details on current menu options and rates, please contact the Executive Director.
